Gratin of polenta with fontina, parmesan crumb, toasted ciabatta

Confit duck leg, dauphinoise potatoes, red wine & duck jus, parsnip crisps

Corn fed chicken stuffed with spinach & wild mushrooms, duck fat roasted potatoes, chicken & thyme jus

Pan seared halibut, honey roasted root vegetables, saffron and fennel pollen butter
